Keeping and storing
Your bread is best kept in our packaging at room temperature for 3 days, or if you prefer to keep it fresh for a longer extended time, freeze it on the same day up to 1 month.
Freeze
Slice into the desired portion, place properly in an airtight wrap.
Defrost
Please remove the loaf from freezer and place at room temperature for 20 minutes to defrost then slice and place in the oven at 180 C or 350 F for 5 minutes. You can also opt to use a grill or frying pan and heat the bread slices for 3 minutes on both sides.
